Power over Ethernet (PoE) for the Rithum Switch Pro

The Rithum Switch Pro has a convenient Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) feature which makes installation a breeze.

If you’re using PoE injectors, it’s important to test them for compatibility with the Rithum Switch Pro before you get to site.

The RSP uses the IEEE 802.3af standard, and many PoE injectors on the market now are 802.3at. 

In a nutshell: AT devices should be backwards compatible so that AF devices work on AT ports - but it pays to check! Not all injectors are created equal…
